I have been away for a while - a late spring loss of inspiration. But now I am back; with a new operating system on my MacBook. The next thing to do is an update of my website.
I recently worked on a colour scheme for a project in London. A small water colour and a colourful chandelier got me started.
First came the mood board (see below) and when that was agreed I put it away to work out all the technical issues with engineers, furniture makers and kitchen shops.
Then the mood board came out again and I worked on the colours. They had to be outspoken and lively. No F&B was the instruction.
These are bright colours for small bits of walls. Bottom row are base colours.
Fabrics for curtains, panels and cushions.
