This project was about helping clients rearrange furniture: from upstairs to downstairs, from storage to lounge.

We added a few new items like two new rugs, blinds, ottomans and lighting. And I proposed adding a blue square on one wall. This was a simple trick getting us around having to repaint all the walls. It also provides a focal point when entering the room.

The pillar next to the fireplace was from the original fireplace. We found it in a cellar.

The artwork was carefully mixed up: old and new together.
The dining room was moved from the back of the house to the front, making the larger back room sitting area. On the wall a collection of smaller prints, photographs and paintings.
A general view of the new sitting room, towards the front room. The photograph below shows the room before.
